There/their/they're: There: There is used to describe the general location of an object, such as, "The Smiths are over there'" Their: Their indicates that something belongs to a specific object. "That is their car." They're: They're is the contraction for 'they' and 'are'. It would be used in a way such as, "They're going on a trip to Europe."
Then/than: Then: Then is used for time. "Back then, he had a beard." Than: Than is used for comparing two objects. "He is taller than she is." THINGS WILL BE ADDED once I remember more
